The opportunity to receive first-hand feedback from the panel, our employees, customers and suppliers through the reference check round was particularly insightful. We would like to take this opportunity to thank not only the Foundation but also our dedicated and hardworking team. Lastly, we would like to thank our customers, suppliers and all those that continue to support us since our beginning in 2009.
We look forward to continuing to meet and indeed exceed the standards set by the AIBF.
Following on from being named Peugeot Accessory Dealer of the Year just month previous this title was awarded to our aftersales department as recognition for their dedication to offering unbeatable value for money, top quality customer service and success in the face of rising competition from across the aftersales sector. It was presented at the annual SIMI Irish Motor Industry Awards at the Clayton Hotel, Dublin which was attended by over 700 senior Motor Industry figures from across the country. This was an unexpected win to say the least, we were shocked at even been shortlisted for this award.
We have won the SIMI Independent Car Dealer of the Year in both 2013 and 2016 but this was our first year as a franchised dealer, facing tough competition from long established franchised dealers. These awards are the pinnacle annual event within the motor industry and for our names to be called out over long-established franchised dealers came as a shock. The award pays tribute to the hard work of all our team and gives affirmation to the application of forward thinking and innovativeness within the business.
Customers are at the heart of every decision we make and we were delighted to be acknowledged for this.
We were awarded the title of Peugeot Accessory Dealer of the Year 2018 in recognition of our excellent Accessory sales performance within 2018. The presentation was made at the annual Peugeot Aftersales Conference at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Athlone, attended by 70 Parts and Service Managers from around the country.
We achieved the highest accessory sales per vehicle in the PEUGEOT Dealer Network during 2018 an amazing achievement considering we had only been a Peugeot Franchise for little more than a year.
Having won this award back in 2014, it was a real thrill and affirmation to our continued progress to go on and win this award once again. The video’s submitted for this award were Laura’s 5008 Review, Adhoc Del Boy Wedding video & Peugeot 3008 GT Line Review videos.
The presentation of the award was made in RDS, Dublin where we bet of stiff competition from big names such as M50 Concession Limited, The Hook, Tour America, Mondello Park, CMRF Crumlin, Lovin Media Group & SuperValu Ireland. This was an unexpected win to say the least, we were shocked at even been shortlisted for this award.
This award acknowledges our creative thinking and use of video within our marketing campaigns.
