John is the last employee in the door which I interviewed myself, I hate interviews! John showed some real drive and ambition, he had just lost his job the previous day as a business closed locally, yet 24hours later here he was knocking on doors looking for a job with his CV in hand. I admired that, and offered him the job there and then. A guy I’m delighted to have on our team and we have big plans for John over the next few years with hopefully more franchises coming on board and John moving into a Head tech role.
